3 personnes sont actuellement incuplées pour avoir participé à une fête sauvage en novembre 1997. La disco pirate était organisée sur un terrain vague pour commémorer la démolition du squat de Primerose 11.
Pour ne pas déranger les voisins, la fête s'est arrêtée à 23 heures, et environ 70 participants se sont rendus en musique à l'espace autogéré pour y continuer la fête.
C'était le soir d'Halloween, il était 23h30 et le cortège avait presque atteint les locaux de l'espace autogéré...
Mais en chemin, invoquant le tapage nocturne, la police a attaqué sans sommation le cortège pacifique, bloquant les rues alentours, arrêtant violemment le porteur du mégaphone en faisant un large usage de sprays au poivre.
Au final, trois personnes ont été inculpées sur la base d'un rapport de police extravagant. elles passeront donc devant un juge pour "provocation publique au crime, violence contre fonctionnaires, opposition aux actes de l'autorité, etc." De nombreux participants peuvent pourtant témoigner du calme du cortège et de la violence des policiers.

3 people are now being charged for having participated in a "fête
sauvage" in November of 1997. The pirate disco was organised on a
piece of vacant land to commemorate the demolition of the squat,
Primrose 11.
So as not to disturb the neighbors, the party stopped at 11pm, and about
70 participants then made their way with music to the espace autogéré to
continue the party.
It was Hallowe'en night, 11:30pm and the procession had almost reached
the espace autogéré...
However, en route, the police attacked the peaceful procession, putting
forth the excuse that it was creating a nocturnal disturbance.
They blocked the roads around the procession and violently arrested
the person at the megaphone, all the while heavily using pepper
spray.
In the end, three people have been charged based on a absurd police
report. By consequence, they will pass before the judge charged with
"publicly provoking crime, violence against civil servants, opposition
to the orders of authority etc". However, a number of participants can attest to
the peacefulness of the procession and the violence of the police.
